"A lot of the time you can go to this Taco Bell and it is your pretty bog standard Taco Bell experience. It’s not particularly better or worse than any other Taco Bell. However, sometimes you come here and there is a line wrapped around the building that will make you take 30 minutes to get your food even with a mobile order. Have also had the occasional mix up with orders, but some of that may lay on the fault of the mobile app. It really seems like the main problem here is that they can’t seem to hold consistent employees or train them super well. In addition, management seems to be horrible at scheduling people and the restaurant often seems understaffed during high traffic times."

"Me and 2 friends ordered taco bell on the app and clicked drive thru. The drive thru line was long and we waited in it. When we got to the window, they told me I can only do 2 orders. I said okay and told them two of the names. The lady at the intercom then told me l had to come inside. I chose drive thru because I did not want to get out of my car. I asked her why and told her there is no way for me to leave the line since there is a curb and come inside. She ignored me and stopped talking back to me. When I got to the window, I could see my order ready and they would not hand it to me and made me come inside to get my food when I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. I did not appreciate the disrespect I recieved from these workers. If you are understaffed, shut down your app. Do not go to this taco bell!!"

"Great tasting food, the tacos were super fresh and delicious, just loved the chalupa. Would come back to eat again. Friendly staff and food was ready in under 5 minutes."
