"THE WORST LOCATION IN LUBBOCK!!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR DOOR DASH!!!! I placed an order for a chicken pesto flatbread and a chia oatmeal bowl for almost twice the regular price. THEY GAVE ME THE MOST SKIMPIEST AMOUNT OF CHICKEN (which I weighed out myself to come out to 25 grams). I ordered the bowl and they again were SKIMPY with all of the toppings. When I called to ask for MY MONEY back because they didn’t even give me my moneys worth of food. They don’t even bother to answer the phone. I called the location on 82nd WHICH GIVES ME MY MONEYS WORTH OF FOOD EACH AND EVERY TIME!! The manager then took her time to bring me a new sandwich without extra charge. Save your money and drive to the 82nd location!!!!"

"Had an entire wrap spill in my lap, while I was on the road last week, because they don't bother to cut it or wrap it right. Came in today and it was the same thing all over again. Never had an issue with the food or the smoothies until the quality became inconsistent, and I've been going there for years. Would not recommend ordering the sweet potato side either. For a "premium" option it has came out dry and burnt every time I've ordered it."

"Very poor customer service - My friend and I stopped by this location to grab a smoothie from inside and the doors were locked at 8:16PM to be exact when the hours of operation clearly state open until 9PM. There was not a note on the door letting customers know as to why the doors were locked nor was there hardly any business, in which I now understand why. Additionally, the workers saw both my friend and I standing outside the door for several minutes as we stared at them hoping that they would at least be polite enough to tell us that they were being lazy and decided to close the inside early, but that was clearly way below their pay grade."

"Let me start by saying I’ve never been here before. I was trying to pay with the app Moocho which they don’t offer anymore. I went in to order because the drive-thru line was long. I also had questions about the smoothies. Upon ordering, I asked the employee taking my order what his favorite was which helped me narrow down my decision. I ordered the kiwi quencher and it tasted like frozen ice with no flavor whatsoever. Wasn’t there suppose to be non-fat yogurt in it? I didn’t want to take it back in and tell them terrible this was. I suppose I’ll go home and try to doctor it up myself using my blender. In my opinion, it was a total waste of $6. If I wanted a snow cone I would’ve gone to Bahama Bucks."

"Great place for a smoothie! So many choices and varieties. Immune blast has fruit and vitamins. Taste great! Inside is always clean and tidy. They have flatbreads, wraps and sandwiches. Staff is friendly and fast. They have a drive-thru. They have a tropical smoothie app to add a credit card for easy payment and a rewards program."
