"I went to Little Caesars a week ago last Saturday. The people at work in there. They were all having fun talking about things that they shouldn’t have been talking about. I was not impressed. I knew it was a bunch of kids and a lot of people came in there. They wanted this. They wanted that but the gentleman that helped me Kudos to him he waited on me. He wasn’t involved in all this other stuff but the people at work behind boxing the stuff and getting the stuff in the box those are the people that I had problems with I went in. I told him I wanted the 999. I ended up paying 1999 for pizza the breadsticks, the Coke and a pizza cup that you guys were giving with the NFL and AFL so I was not prepared to do that but he didn’t tell me that it was 1995 until I went to pay. He told me that they didn’t have any 999 pizzas so I wound up paying 9099 for the pizza the breadsticks and also the cup. Hi Diane, and no I did not dine in. I did a takeout order."

"As a regular customer never did I have a problem before here till the past 3 months. I place my orders online to avoid the line and just come and pick it up and leave right away, but for some reason the manager who has been in charge lacks completely of management (this only happens at night). Apparently every time that I have placed an order he always comes up with the lame excuse that either the oven is not working or that the order is made wrong because they didn’t read the ingredients. I hate to write bad reviews but this has been constantly happening to me. I would take my service elsewhere but this is the closes one I have."

"Ew the simplest pizza they cant even make . Ordered the extramost bestest pepperoni. And this is supposedly it. Burnt crust on bottom and not alot pepperoni Just go to the one down by north loop and socorro. Will not come back to this one"

"Truly disappointed with today’s service. I paid for 2 thin crusts and 2 stuffed bread at 6:37pm. Was told it would take 8 minutes. I back in after about 10 minutes and the cashier looks dumbfounded and kept trying to look for receipts on his machine. He then told me it was going to be a bit longer. After another 10 minutes he then calls my name. I go to the counter to get my order and he asks me to wait. He was asking his coworkers for the receipt that had my name. Both employees shrugged and I was asked again what I had ordered. When I placed the pizza in my car I opened up the stuffed bread to see very brown (burned). I went back in to ask for an exchange. The cashier (Nikola) shook his head as he opened the bread. “It’s not burned, I’ll exchange it this one time but it’s not burned.” I asked him if he did not see how brown it was, “I’ve never had bread be this burned. It has never looked like this.” To which he responded, “well it’s bread, it’s going to burn.” The bread he replaced the previous 2 with was still burned (not as bad as the previous 2.) I did let him know I waited 23 minutes when I was told my order would take 8 minutes only to receive burned bread and terrible customer service. He was very dismissive. (I did not take pictures of the first set of stuffed breads.)"
