"Bathrooms were horribly nasty. The toilet had old pee stains on it, no soap or paper towels in either dispenser. This is the second time I've placed a mobile order and had to wait over 40 minutes for it to be prepared. Would highly recommend going literally anywhere else."

"It’s the third day in a row where I’ve waited over an hour either in the drive through or inside and had to leave WITHOUT my coffee because of how long they take. Today i placed a mobile order and waited an hour inside, when i asked about my order they said it would be an hour wait when i already waited an hour. There was about 40 people in front of me that were also waiting for their mobile orders and orders they placed at the register. This place needs more staff. There were so many drinks just sitting there for hours as well. It’s genuinely a waste of time to come to this Starbucks"

"Went in at 7:08 there was 2 other people in there. More people started coming and people came in after we’re getting there drinks before us i work in food industry so i never try to leave bad reviews but around 725 we had to cancel our order due to my bf having to go to work. I know it’s early in the morning but just felt like some workers didn’t care and some did help us."
