Starbucks

"I have ordered from this particular Starbucks on more than one occasion. Today, by accident, I ordered from them and again they did not get the order right. You can read the label and it clearly says caramel drizzle with chocolate curls. Normally the white chocolate mocha latte comes with whipped cream. Today they didn't put on any toppings at all! How hard is it to drizzle caramel and shave a couple of curls. And to just not include whipped cream when it comes with the drink is ridiculous."

"I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and then at the store window for another 15 minutes. I questioned when we would receive our order, the Manager made excuses and said, “We don't care if you give us a a bad review!” Such a sense of entitlement over the Name! I will give my business to local merchants from now on!!"

"I ordered a grande and I guess they put a tall in my cup I have not taken 1 sip and look at how much is gone! This is ridiculous!!"

"Worst Starbucks I have been to in ten years. 39 minutes in the drive thru to make one coffee. The drive thru didn't communicate, left you waiting constantly asking if anyone was there. When they finally did answer that they needed time, they waited another 12 minutes to take the order. I don't know if it's poor management not starting appropriately, or the employees on their phones that caused the delays, but don't waste your money here. They don't care, and don't want you there. Go to any other coffee shop in Midland."

"The worst run Starbucks in the country, easily. If you have an hour to wait for a coffee, this is the place for you. The food lady is always on her game and had my breakfast sandwich ready to roll when I arrived for my online order (thank you food lady), but for some reason they only have one person making drinks for the customers inside. They way over-prioritize the drive thru to the detriment of anybody who is foolish enough to set foot inside the store. The one lady inside on drinks (dyed red hair) was too busy talking to a friend today to be bothered making drinks. She was averaging one drink every 5-7 minutes. After waiting for over 45 minutes I canceled my drink and left. This is not an uncommon occurrence for this location; I live nearby and unfortunately have elected to go here multiple times to see if it has gotten any better. It has not. If you expect the normal Starbucks efficiency and service, go elsewhere. This is not the place."
