"I recently visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on multiple occasions, each time with the hope of enjoying a delicious açai bowl. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing as the café failed to fulfill my simple request. Despite expressing my desire for açai bowls, the staff seemed unaware or indifferent to my preference. The lack of attention to customer requests left me dissatisfied and frustrated during each visit. It's disheartening to see such a lack of consistency in customer service, especially when the expectation for a simple and popular menu item like açai bowls should be easily met. I hope the café can address this issue promptly to ensure a more positive dining experience for others in the future"

"Every time I go they are always out of something. This time it took 30 minutes to get to the drive through line and I pulled up to the box and had 5 cars ahead of me. I could only get a smoothie as they were out of salads and probably sat 5-15 minutes between each time a car moved."

"I usually get the Detox Island Green smoothie but the last few times it hasn’t tasted right. There are new employees not sure if they’re being trained properly. I appreciate this place however it would be convenient if they had more sizes for their drinks, I don’t always finish my smoothie and for the price I pay I wish they had more sizing options."

"I had never eaten here. Didn't even know that they served food. I was pleasantly surprised. Very good food! I had the Thai Peanut Bowl. Packed wirh flavor and different textures. It had a lot of chicken. So good. My son had the Ultimate Club. He enjoyed that. And the girls enjoyed their kids meals. I'll be a regular now!"
