"Trying to order and nobody speaks English so you have to point at what you want,got the beef with onions green beans which was mussy mashed potatoes were fake brown gravy was not good there is flys everywhere and on the tables, didn’t even finish food when I saw a knat crawling around in it. Would not recommend this place at all!!"

"Sunday morning was my second attempt to get some food from this location. Second time to be disappointed. The website states that breakfast is served all day. At 10:15 am there was no breakfast available. The 2 girls that were behind the counter wouldn't even acknowledge the 3 customers looking for some breakfast. I had to flag one down to ask. The answer was rudely delivered to us. After the other party left, the rude girl #2 said "Oh boohoo you can't get breakfast." I called her out on her rude behavior. I decided to try something in the adjoining Kent Kwik station. The 2 women running that side were just as rude. I HIGHLY recommend not stopping at this location for anything."

"I gave you another chance, and I regret that decision. Woefully understaffed. Took 45 minutes to get my salad, and 10 more minutes before my chopped steak and fries came out. Both were cold. When the restaurant first opened it was a great place. That didn't last long. I won't be back."

"My husband and I came for breakfast on Sunday. Was not was expected. I only saw my server 2 times (once to bring drinks & take order and 2nd to bring food) basically. Our server is not a people person and needs to work on his communication skills. He has dud personality. He never smiles or acted like he liked his job. He was very slow and took care of others cashing out before serving our food. He sat there talking to manager and other cook while our food sat in the window. It probably sat there a good 7 min. Finally brought food and had to ask for a knife to cut the food (was dirty and had to add for another) and then it was cold. Server never came back to table after that. We had to ask for refills as he would just walk by and not even check on table. When leaving and paying bill, he never asked how things were or even looked up at us or even say thank you. The food and service was not what the company holds themselves up too. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be going back. I read all the other reviews and seems they only respond to the good reviews and don't care to fix what's wrong with the place."
