Reviews
"New PPP so of course all is new and smells clean. Food was delicious as PPP is known for. Staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was very good and of course brand new games. Right off Zaragoza before Albertsons."
"Terrible experience to say the least. Ordered ahead via phone the guy who answered sounded a little rude which is fine. Arrived at the restaurant only to find out my order didn’t exist and whoever placed my order never did. When I arrived the acting manager was fixated on his phone and so were other employees in the back. This entire workplace was definitely more concerned with there phones then placing my order or working efficiently. Had to wait a total of 45 minutes for my pizzas which ruined my entire day. I expressed my frustrations to the acting manager and he did not seem to care much and again after dealing with me went back to his phone. How as consumers can the pizza be this overpriced and the service be this bad? Nobody cares anymore especially this location. To add on to this review I emailed them what happened left them my phone number and they never contacted me back so do not fall for there fake account replies trying to “make things right”"
"The pizza was delicious as always, and even though it was extremely busy the food came out at a reasonable price. You have to pay for ranch dressing though which I thought was extremely odd. The games are fun I like the idea of the new cards where you can scan and play games. The prizes are also cute and fun for kids"
"Did an online order for stuffed crust pizza. I got home to start eating it but the pizza was undercooked. The bottom crust and the rolled crust was soft and white. It needed more time to cook. Very disappointing. I had to place it in a hot pan to finish cooking it."
"We wanted to give this place a try since it’s a new location and closer to us than the Montana location which is usually our go-to but this is the last time we order from here. We placed an order this evening using a coupon for a free pizza we were given during another previous order where they had messed up the pizza. We were getting a large double pep with the coupon and buying another one and once my husband checked the pizza we noticed the pizza was not double pep. What are the odds, we are redeeming a coupon for a messed up order only for it to occur again. Obviously mistakes happen but when it’s a constant thing clearly something is lacking. We will stop wasting our time and just drive the few extra minutes to the Montana location."
