"I had some issues with my order after pickup yesterday, the manager was super sweet and didn’t give me any problems with fixing my order.. this is the dominos I always order from and I was satisfied in the end !"

"Do NOT order from this dominos, this is the second time i had to receive a refund because my order didn’t show up. I called the order in at 9:40pm and received a automated message at 10:15pm saying the food was almost here. Then i called at 10:40 because my food still wasn’t delivered and the guy tried to make excuses and said the driver is in my neighborhood almost there. I waited all the way til 11:20pm and called in to get a refund and the guy said the driver delivered the pizza outside the door. They left my pizza on the floor in the hallway without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Pizza was cold and looked fondled with!"

"I have ordered ahead and scheduled delivery for this evening, February 21, 2024. However, my order did not arrive until an hour later, it was overcooked and dry, the pizza was cold to the touch upon touching. The app is unable to enable me to report any issues, hence I am considering leaving a negative review."

"I know how much the managers love to see their "quality" pizzas. So there you go. Set up for delivery, noticed on the tracker the food was sitting for 40 mins. I asked if it would be better just to pick it up, and inquired of them to remake the pizza, because I knew what kind of disaster it would be. Well they refused then pizza, and gave us salad that is fixing to expire. It's no wonder these guys are getting handled by third-party delivery outfits. Nice job guys"

"Delivery time was great....but the quality sucks. The Manager of this store should do better, with quality control, whoever made there pizza needs more training...this store can do better. If you're under staffed hire more people for the Friday evening shift. TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOUSLY"
