"I had gotten contacted by one of their salesman asking if I wanted to trade in a car that I had for sale off Facebook Marketplace. I took a quick glance at their site to see if they had anything I liked. I seen a 2022 Ford F-150 lariat with like 8,100 miles for $44,525 and I wanted to see what they would give me for more trade. They first said I’d have to drive 3 hours to get a trade in value. I told the sales person you can run the vin and miles to get an idea cause I’m not going to waste half a day on their ridiculousness. Then they proceed to hound me on financing and credit apps. I only wanted a trade in value. The very next day they jacked the price of the truck $5500 bucks. Then proceed to belittle me and say that’s way car business is. Well the truth of the matter is I’ve bought and sold over 15 vehicles in the last 5 years. So I have a good idea how the vehicle market works. So if anyone is thinking about buying here just go to another town that actually treats you like a customer. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer."

"I had to turn into the BBB because they put me on the road in a $39,000 car with bad brakes (2021). The car wouldn’t even pass inspection because of the brakes so bad. I took it back to be looked at and the mechanic informed me they were good for another year to 2 years. I took it to another licensed mechanic who showed me the grooves. Brakes were grinding when I used reverse and squealing going forward. Here I bought this cool bronco and spent tons of money and people were asking me where I got it and I was so embarrassed because of all the noice they made. I had the other mechanic replace all 4 brakes. When Destination Ford finally responded back to me they wanted to see that the brakes were replaced (would not accept the receipt) and they would reimburse me. So I drove all the way back to Dumas. Took 5 minutes to look at them. It’s been a couple months no reimbursement. They told me it would be 10 days. No response to my calls. Total ignore."
