"My only complaint is the kiosks do not work half the time. We were there last month and it said they were sleeping or taking a nap. This time two of them were out of commission"

"Such a bad place to go to. Ordered a kids meal and there were no fries or no drink included in the meal, just the plain chicken nuggets. We were not informed there wasn’t gonna be any fries or drink in the meal, usually there’s always fries included so we did not expect this. We were also rushed as well and they had such rude behavior towards us. Bad place to go to, do NOT recommend going here for food."

"The wendy’s on river road locked its doors on the public at 6:22pm when their website says they close at 10pm. They told the people that were trying to get in that it was because they were closed for the inside, but told the people inside that they’re short staffed. I sat in the car waiting to go through the drive through and saw 8 cars drive away because of the doors being locked."

"Don't bother getting the frosty iced coffees here. I just got scammed! Their fountain drinks range from $1-$1.99 and their frosty iced coffees from $2 to around $3.50 point is your probably paying double to triple the price for iced coffee but the cup sizes are significantly smaller. If you can see my picture you'll see a small sweet tea lemonade and a medium iced coffee. Can't tell the difference? Neither could I. I feel like I got scammed thinking I was gonna get more drink than I usually do cuz I usually order small fountain drinks and I wanted a little more coffee this morning. So I ordered a medium. And these scammers gave me a small size cup saying that's how the iced coffee sizing works. What would be a junior fountain cup is a small iced coffee cup. A small fountain cup is medium and a medium fountain cup is large. Are you kidding me? That's straight up a SCAM. I will never order anything coffee related at a Wendy's again if that's how they do business. Big L to whoever came up with that scheme."

"The best Wendy's in Amarillo, in my opinion. The staff is always nice and polite whatever time of day. It's just a nice, clean, fast food spot."
