"Not having enough employees really causes some issues. Had spent close to 10 mins in the drive-thru, and there was only one vehicle in front of me. The vehicle behind me tried to get vehicles to go back so that he could leave? but it's hard to do that once you're in there. Food did not taste hot or fresh and it was the 5 layer burrito.... Taco Bell really should bring back the 7 layer burrito."

"We ordered through door dash way before closing and our dasher sent us a message stating "They said it was closed. no more food" This is absolutely unacceptable cause we got a notification that they have verified our order and would be delivered soon. If someone puts in an order and pays for it out of pocket to have it made it should be done eregardless of closing times."

"A half full box of the most nasty overcooked fries for 3$ is unreasonable. Ordered and payed for 2 burritos only got one that was just a tortilla and watery beans."

"Can’t cut a quesadilla correctly, didn’t label any of the burritos out of the party pack had to open everyone. Gave us melted freezes."

"I ordered Doritos locos tacos from the store on Washington today & was so disappointed & frustrated. I kid you not when I say I got a taco shells with a sliver of meat, a few pieces of lettuce & cheese...not just one but all three tacos. I might fill one shell if I combined all ingredients into 1 taco. With gas prices as they are I had to drive back & get refund by a rude manager that didn't even apologize, treated me like I made those tacos & wouldn't give me her name so I could attach it to my complaint. I know you get what you pay for but....nah not right at all"
