"Based on older reviews, I waited until after my 3rd visit to leave one. But there were no issues. All 3 visits I used the app, the food was ready or nearly ready when I got there, orders were correct, and staff were pleasant. It seems that they've made some positive changes at this location in the past few months."

"I’m hesitant to give them the one star, the food is good but I have never gotten my order made correctly. To the point where I just expect it, I inspect my bag at the window and wait the extra 10 min to get it fixed. I strongly doubt there’s any form of management at this store. They never answer their phones, the customer service is the worst, they take way too long to take your order at the drive thru. But the worst I think is the sloppy way they throw your food in the bag. There’s no respect or professionalism at this location and the food isn’t good enough to justify it. Love Taco Bell but definitely choose a different location."
