"The food was the same as always. They didn’t have a burrito on the menu that I was wanting. The young girl working the window came over to help me order on the kiosk. I was wanting to get her name to leave it here to say thanks, but the manager, who was kind of rude, made it clear “she is busy”. They were short staffed so I think that was where the attitude came from. But still no excuse. Besides that same as always."
"Multiple times I’ve come in and it smells like bathroom. And no not convenient timing i have picked up multiple orders from here on uber eats and each time have to smell bathroom, almost like they clean everything with the bathroom cleaner or use the same air freshener."
"Had a chunk of sharp bone in my taco with hair on it. Stabbed my mouth then threw up. Most disgusting taco bell I have ever been too. Homeless wondering the parking lot and Crack heads inside. All around worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. Druggie worker was nice or just on something that made him smile unnaturally. Steer clear. Eat out of a dumpster instead."
"My wife waited in line before anyone answered, then after ordering she had to pull around and wait another 30 min. My wife did mention they maybe didn’t have enough employees because there were multiple cars waiting on the “please pull around side”’ which is completely understandable… we know the edits hard to find workers. Our problem was the two girls that she did come in contact with were rude and unapologetic for our burnt quesadillas that were suppose to have chicken but were only cheese and my chalupas bread was so hard I had to replace it with a tortilla from home. My daughter also asked for no avacado/quac or beans and had a plenty full of both mixed in her protein bowl. Overall will Obviously still come back but this day really upset us considering the kids were so looking forward to it."
