"Ordered 2 bean burritos and a Supreme burrito. Got home (I normally check for before I leave) and all 3 burritos are bean, no Supreme and all 3 are barely the size of my palm. No joke. Even took a picture so I can show the manager"

"I ordered a steak burrito last night, and it was the most disgusting thing that I have ever received through a drive-thru window... It was absolutely unedible!!! It was so cold and hard as a rock that I am almost certain it was discovered under a fryer and served to me!!! There is NO WAY that abomination was made even remotely fresh... NOT A CHANCE!!! I will NEVER visit this location EVER again even though I live nearby... I would rather drive 30 miles away as opposed to ever revisit this horrible location!!!"

"150 pm, I'm literally the ONLY person there. And they still managed to mess up the order. Nothing special, no substitutions or taking stuff off. Literally 1 grilled steak burrito, and 3 dorito tacos. Well. I got the grilled burrito, but a reg taco and a 7 layer burrito. And shared me 17$ taco bell, you suck."

"So Taco Bell needs to get this lady named Beth to do training for other employees across the US. Even if our food was all wacky when we got it, I would not be even a little aggravated. She made that big of a difference! Lucky for us we got good food and great service so that wasn't am issue ;) Immediately when we walked in, Beth set down her cleaning rag and welcomed us. She was upbeat and cheerful. Me and hubby went and sat down and she went right back to cleaning the windows and tables, singing softly to herself, obviously happy to have a job. No joke people, if I was a millionaire lady with a huge business, I would seriously watch for her kind of people everywhere I went and snag em up to work for me. So Taco Bell, get on that."
