"This is the third time that I've been to your establishmt every time. I order Chalupus, The first time I waited in line for 15 minutes for 2 chalupas, when I finally got home. There was absolutely no meat in either chalupa. The second time I went inside and order chalupa,It took almost 15 minutes and it was hardly anybody inside Tonight I went in and asked for talupa and they would "Please" put some meat in it. TonightI had to wait almost 20 minutes and it was not busy. It was 2 cars in the drive to and 3 of Us Inside. And the person in front of me was there long before I got there and he was there after I left. And you had a full staff I won't be back to your establishment. tonight's chalipa did have some meat in it, but it was cold, and you charge 497, not again, best of luck Merry Christmas,"

"Last time I was there I had to make an extra trip back to get a missing taco Supreme. Tonight when my kids dragged me there I got a Mexican pizza and a 5 layer burrito. The top of the pizza looked abandoned. 4 or 5 diced tomatoes and a pinch of cheese. Come on man! The 5 layer burrito was a bean and beef burrito for someone on a diet. I want some food. Ridiculous. Management needs to step up their game. They have these crazy kitchen gadgets these days that facilitate PORTION CONTROL. Learn how to use these tools (measuring cups, spoons etc.)! This taco bell is hit or miss."

"If you visit this location, just know that it's the manager is scamming people. He is rounding up your money and saying that the computer accidentally took it to donations. I said then give me a picture of the computer screen. To that he said, I'll have to unplug the whole system to print it out. And I said that's fine mind you. I paid with the card, the receipt. He printed out, said cash. And it wasn't the same amount that he charged me. And then when I asked for him to make it accurate. He gave me back the wrong amount, so Taco Bell. If you go under, it's because they're stealing from you."

"The quality and quantity of food we received from this place is a joke! First time there and we will not be going back! I paid for tacos and received taco shells most of my tacos had less than a table spoon of meat!!! Sad part is the manager took my order and didn’t care to tell me that they didn’t have enough product to complete my order correctly I wouldn’t of cared if they were honest but why make someone pay for something that is isn’t going to be made correctly!! It’s a waste of my money and my time!!"
