"I have bee a customer with Plants plus when I owned a shop once in Wanatha and now in Portage. I was just getting re-established and trying to rebuild my customer base. I was buying as much as I could afford. The driver on my route decided it wasn’t worth coming to my shop any more because I wasn’t buying enough. Even though he told me he would check in and see if I needed things every other week. The company didn’t even care that he just dropped me from his route. No level of customer service or help in trying to get a new shop started. What horrible customer service and what a horrible way to run a business. Won’t ever consider buying from them again once I am up and going. If they can help when I am starting and trying to get my feet under me."
