"Used ramp to launch canoes for a weekend trip down to the Iron Bridge and back to a campsite. Nice access spot to the eastern part of Monroe Lake. Large parking area for around 30 vehicles. Wide ramp with turn around and pit toilets located here as well."
"Good launch for all kinds of watercraft, although water can be too low at times for larger boats. Ample parking is provided and 2 pit toilets are also onsite by the parking lot. Only disadvantage to this location is the road to get there. It is small and full of twists and turns. Despite this it can get very busy here. Overall a great spot."
"Secluded, serene little lake nestled between wooded hills of Nashville, Indiana. Great place to hike, kayak, have a fall picnic or take some fall family pics."
"Beautiful once you paddle out 30 minutes from the ramp. The nasty water, after our lake was so high, can't be helped I suppose..."
"Did a moonlight kayak ride with a group from Indy. Was a great experience. The boat ramp is lit which helps to find your way back. Nice quiet area of the lake for this type of adventure. No wake zone and a lot of nice channels to explore on a kayak -- especially when the lake is 8' higher than normal."
