"I am the Operations Manager and Co-Owner of Sunshine Maintenance Services, Inc. We at SMSI take claims such as Ms. Lynch and Ms. Parrish have posted. We do not condone Sexual Harassment of any kind and we find Ms. Lynch's comments disturbing. The issue she brings up was never brought to the attention of SMSI. Had it been, we would have dealt with it immediately. I also have a hard time with the validity, as she has not worked for SMSI since May, 2015 and she did not post her review until 2 years later. As for Ms. Parrish, I truly apologize if any of my employees were actually rude to her. However, I feel this needs to be taken with a grain of salt. Anyone can post a photo of our vehicle. She did not post a photo with any evidence of the actual problem. Also, SMSI received no notifications, emails or phone calls to discuss this matter. So, I am not 100% positive on how much validity I have with Ms. Parrish's story. Sunshine Maintenance Services, Inc. is a good company. We have been doing business in Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding counties for over 40 years. We take pride in what we do and in the services we offer. Thank You."

"Was sexually harassed on my first day by a Hispanic man while he was driving me from the cleaning position back to my vehicle late night. Was forcefully groped and putting the situation where I was scared. And to make matters worse I wouldn't perform oral sex on the man training me on my first night he told the boss that I did a horrible job and I was fired on Mother's Day. And you sons of b****** are lucky I'm not name dropping. The worst I've been treated in years I've been harassed at jobs before but this was by far a slap in the face. Horrible just horrible I would never work for this company ever especially a female because this guy was trained and looking for cameras in a dark parking lot while dropping me off so he wouldn't get caught this wasn't his first time. Also had baby car seats two in the backseat of his vehicle and was a married man. Shame on you and shame on the boss for letting that go on after I tried to explain. Thanks for the harassment and thanks for the waste of my time."

"I met 2 of their techs today at the Shell Station. They blocked me in my car, squeezed out their passenger door & after telling them they needed to move...they tried to act like their was a language barrier. It does not matter what race creed sex language education, etc...someone with respect and integrity would see the issue and correct their action...not just walk away and then grin at me when coming back to their van. I certainly wouldn't hire or refer a company that employs disrespectful people like this...imagine how their customer service would be? I've never ran into someone this hold and rude!
