"This company allowed for a stalker to send unprovoked flowers and a distasteful note to my best friend's home address. Still not sure how they obtained her home address in the first place. After recieving a voicemail telling her that random flowers were left on her doorstep, of course she called to ask for more information. We called prompting for any information on who the sender was, but they refused to provide us with any sender information. My friend even blatantly stated her concern that these may have been sent by a stalker. Not sure if the stalker paid this company off or what but this is a violation of my friends safety and complete lack of consideration of what else may result from this in her life."

"My sister, from Texas, said I would be getting a delivery on Friday. When a basket of flowers arrived, my breath was taken away. The flowers were so fresh and beautifully arranged. My house immediately began to smell wonderful! Such a nice birthday surprise! This is, by far, the most beautiful arrangement I've ever received from an "Call 800" florist. I stopped using this service, myself, after a couple bad experiences from other florists across the country. I made sure to note that Cottage Flowers made this arrangement and plan on using them as my local florist from now on."

"I couldn't be happier with Cottage Flowers. They say that they do "same day delivery" in Fort Wayne. More like within-the-hour delivery. I don't think Domino's could have delivered a pizza in the time it took Cottage to receive and process the order, assemble the bouquet, and deliver to the recipient. Oh, and the arrangement was spectacular! Better than the website indicated. If every florist was this efficient, I'd be sending flowers to someone every day! Thank you, Cottage Flowers!"
