"I got the cookie basket with a mix of assorted cookies, in a cute little basket for Valentine's Day with balloon & a box of brownies delivered to my husbands work. It's was so cute they have an option for hand written note it was really sweet and can tell they took their time putting it together. Everything tasted spectacular!! 10/10 recommend. Thanks again will definitely be back"

"I sent cookies to my son who attends IU.to celebrate his first day of classes. At first, he was unable to locate his delivery. I contacted the local cookie supplier and she was absolutely amazing! She spent a lot of time calling UPS to find out exactly where the delivery person left his package. In the end, we were able to locate the package and all is well. I truly appreciate all of her assistance and time that she took for us. My son said the cookies are absolutely delicious!"

"I ordered online at around 8-9 a.m. on Valentine’s Day 2022 for my husband. I received an email confirmation about processing, and the email entailed I would receive notification upon delivery. I called around 1:30, asking how they would be sending me verification of delivery. The lady told me that all delivery orders were out and I wouldn't get any notifications about delivery.?? She did tell me that any/all orders that were out would probably be delivered by 3 p.m. He received the package at 2:15. I am giving them 3 stars because I know that ordering on the day of Valentine’s Day may be a hassle, but they did deliver. I did taste the brownies, and they were good but had little crunchy bits of something in it. I thought maybe it would be chocolate chips as they are 'gourmet'.. However, upon my thorough inspection, it just appeared to be batter bits. They also misspelled sweetheart on the card. They spelled it, "sweet heat." ?? I am including a picture of the card and packaging. I am a baker and would have made a better brownie, but I didn't have time. I would suggest that if you order from here, go to the location, sample, and fill out your own card. I also suggest that you deliver it yourself as just the tax and delivery charges were over $15! I am not interested in using this establishment again."
