"One of the worst places I have ever worked for. Pay was always an issue and what I mean is they didn’t pay on time or properly. I’ll give them that at least they corrected the issues but the fact that there were issues in the first place no thank you. Schedule changes without asking the caregiver. Lack of support from office staff. Haven’t been able to access my Paystubs I have to ask for them. Training was an issue could never get the website to work said something several times and it wasn’t fixed. I’m sure they were trying to get rid of me which is fine."
"This orientation was very detailed. The course speaker was very helpful. She explained the course in detail. The cpr part made me nervous until she talked me through it. I would highly recommend Help at Home to anyone."

"1 star is too much for this company, after several attempts to have help in place for my father they are the most unreliable, unresponsive company I have had to deal with. No shows 4 times in a row, get reliable staffing and follow up on them before you set time for elder folks that need a depend on help to have no one show up. What a disgrace!"
"Amazing people to work with, super easy to get hired on but they don’t pay enough for what a lot of the people need. However lots of people that need help are usually super nice. It’s just not worth the pay to drive so far unfortunately."
