"They have lots of tools,gloves,tarps,trash bags,flashlights, batteries and floor jacks and stands. Stuff like that. Workers are nice and helpful. They have a price for members only and then regular customers."

"Commendable staff here. I needed to figure out my coupons' availability and some other pricing details. The customer service reps were knowledgeable & helpful, one even looked my issues up on her phone to show me how to find it on mine. She also pointed out where in the store to find more information, should I need it in the future, and informed me of the price correction policy to allow me to purchase something on time for my project and refund the difference in any sale price that might come up within their policy period. Another showed us the clearance told and offered information on the guarantees available. I'm so happy we have a Harbor Freight in Logansport, finally!"
"Made 5 trips alone this week. 3 of which were returning items. Bought a tig welder cost 1200 bucks. Got it home came woth pretty much nothing for tig. Had to go back buy the foot pedal and torch as the tig welder I bought comes with mig and stick torch but not the main tig torch or pedal. Got it hooked up and would not work. Tried everything. Finally called their technical support we trouble shot everything he finally told me that their is something wrong with it. So had to take everything back. Save ur money and buy a hobart miller or lincoln ."
