"I have had decent experiences with the florist in the past, but I went in asking for one pink rose, and the wrapping was quite poor. The florist even apologized for the way it was wrapped. I guess she noticed how bad it looked. Too bad she didn't have the courtesy to actually rewrap it? She just seemed very annoyed throughout the short interaction we had. Shame."

"I just want to thank this floral department from the bottom of my heart. My grandmother had someone close to her pass away, and wanted to send flowers to the funeral home. She had a red metal truck she wanted to be included but didn’t have a way to get it to them. This floral department CAME TO HER HOUSE, got the truck and took it back to schnucks. They beautifully filled it with flowers and even put his name on the side of the truck. They then took pictures of the truck and brought them back to her house so she could see it, along with a tray of cookies. This meant the world to her and I want to genuinely thank them for that."

"I called here to place an order and was very disappointed that I was unable as a business to place an exempt order even after offering to fax my tax exempt number without waiting for up to two weeks for tax clearance not to mention calling their headquarters to do so. Also knowing the delivery location for my order was right across the street from the flower shop itself. Being a florist myself I am having a hard time believing a $15.00 delivery charge to deliver across the street is unbelievable."
