"I have waited long enough to give my final review on this company and had enough. Our fully recessed 16x32 pool was installed October 2022. Everything went pretty smooth with install besides given 2 day notice for install. When we were promised at least 2wks to prepare for install. Fast forward to May of this year, we opened the pool and had a leak,contacted Kayak Midwest after contacting them for over a month,finally got our new liner installed. Not to mention had to threaten a lawyer to even get on the schedule for the repair install. They started it the end of June and we had a whole 2 months without a swimming pool and it was by the same installer from October who knew we had lights in our pool. The installer cut our lights after multiple phone calls of explaining how to do it without cutting them. Needless to say very unhappy with the fact the light upgrade we paid for and had electrician install were now gone. One of our favorite features for night swimming with our kids. Have been in contact with Kayak since end of June for a possible refund on lights we paid for. They finally agreed to the refund in late July. Then told us we had to mail the lights back in August after they were destroyed in June and never told to the installer to keep them to the side and save them. Let them know they were not in our possession and they agreed to still mail the check out for a refund. 2 months after the refund was agreed upon they have now ghosted us and no longer return phone calls or emails. Nor have we seen the refund check. So overall if you are considering this company don't do it. We hoped we wouldn't be another unhappy customer but here we are just another number to them and once they got payment from us didn't care about customer service or us being taken care of."

"I would recommend Kayak Pools Midwest to everyone want who want a quality, strong, and durable swimming pool, and Virtually Maintenance Free. I have friends who have enjoyed their Kayak pools for over 20 years and never had any complaints. It is a shame we live in a world a few people complain and everyone believes these complaints. We can all complain about everything in life. Life is to be enjoyed and a Kayak Swimming pool will bring enjoyment to the family for years to come. Mario Y."

"We want to thank Kayak Midwest Pools for our amazing inground pool! We installed our pool during the Pandemic and had some bumps in the road but Kayak made sure that we ended up with a beautiful, working pool for our entire family to enjoy! The care for this pool is simple and reasonably cost efficient. We had a wooden deck built and it just increased the enjoyment and made the pool even seem larger. Our family just celebrated “Christmas in July” and utilized the new pool and had so much fun! We even were able to purchase Christmas themed pool floats from Kayak.
