"I wish that I could give them 0 stars. This was my first time and last time. I needed my house clean because I was having some guest over. I talked to Sue and she gave me a time and a day. When it was the day of the cleaning Sue send me a message telling me that she had to move my time . She didn't respect the time I was like ok I really need you guys to come today. Sue told me that she was going to come with the crew to see my house. So when I open the door there was 3 ladies at the door I asked for Sue and the ladies look lost. One of them said "No no Sue no come to Job She home ". I was like ok. The ladies didn't speak English Sue told me that they clean baseboard and glass doors. They didn't clean that. When I tried to tell only of them she looked at me like I was crazy. So I just left it alone. And when they were done I asked them how much it was going to be again they looked lost. They called Sue to ask her. It was $140. Sue told me on the phone that it was going to be $95. Again I tried to speak with the ladies and they didn't understand me. So I called Sue to ask her about the different price and no answer. I didn't like that. So now I have to pay for a half done cleaning and it was more then what Sue told me on the phone. I'm not happy about that. Sue is someone that you cant trust. 1. she would set a time and a day and then change the time 2.she would tell you one price and when the job is dint it's a different price 3.she would tell you that she is going to come out to see your house and she doesn't show. I 4 the people that work for her dont understand half of the things that you tell them 5 Sue would tell you that they clean alot of thing BUT THEY DON'T. AND when you try to ask them to do the baseboards they look at you crazy. It's not worth all the stress. I need a cleaning service with no stress"
