Perfectly Clean Maid Service

"*FYI, this is an actual review for services rendered on 01/25/2024, from a real customer* I received the one-time deep clean service as a gift. This package includes a basic cleaning: sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, but then adds on cleaning baseboards, windows, plus the interior and exterior of appliances. My house is kept very tidy, but with small children and a full-time job, I do not have time for big "spring cleanings" like this. I was so excited to have the service done, but ended up being very disappointed with the entire experience.  First, after our bank account was charged the $360, my visit was rescheduled due to snow - no big deal, it happens. We were assured by the business of no further charges and a new date was set for the following week. Cleaning day arrived! My husband was there, but I was gone for the day, so I was not present to see them work. I was excited to come home to what I had hoped would be a tidy and sparkling house. Wrong. The cleaner had done a great job in some areas, like the floors and bathrooms, but completely failed to wipe down appliances and clean dust bunnies from the picture frames and window sills. It was as if she had merely done a basic cleaning. The more I looked, the worse it got. While my shower was spotless, there were dirty wipe marks all over the sink, where she had simply failed to rinse her cleaning rag or at least turn it over to a clean side! The entire house was like this - great in one spot and then a complete lack of detail in the very same room! Next, we noticed that my husband's account was charged again, now over $700 in cost, with a sub-par job to show for it. He called to request a refund of the extra charge and was told that not only would it be processed immediately, but they would send someone else out to follow up on the areas that weren't cleaned. Great! Mistakes happen and they are happy to resolve them. Wrong again. My husband had to call a second time and left a voice mail regarding the extra charge, only to receive a text message from an unknown number with a screenshot showing a refund being processed. No follow-up call or apology and certainly no further response regarding scheduling a time to finish a job that wasn't done as advertised. I could have done all of this myself by taking a vacation day and for less than the cost, of course. If they had done a great job, I had fully intended to become a regular customer, but no more! Tread carefully with this company. The lack of professionalism and no attention to detail was terribly upsetting, making for a big waste of time and money."

"Just had our first cleaning in Morganfield KY through perfectly clean maid services. Wow are we impressed! Missy, our cleaner was Thorough and did such a great job!! Our place was far from tidy and she not only cleaned the bathrooms spotless, but even got the dust in the corners and the ceiling. Such an amazing value too, I couldn't have paid my kids twice as much to do half the job. We Will be continuing to have them clean for us from now on. The house smelled wonderful when we got home from work and not a spec of dust or dirt to be found! Even a nice note from our cleaner about how lovely our home is. Well at least it is now after the servicing! We thank you so much and we will recommend you to anyone who asks!"
