"Placed an order through 1-800-flowers for my wife for valentine's days. Beautiful arrangement, what did I get? What amounts to a $15 bouquet from your local grocery store from this place. And it was 2 days late."

"I’m not sure who they have in the shop who’s writing out their ribbons, but it must be a three-year-old. Absolutely unacceptable for a sympathy arrangement. Never order from this place. Their customer service is terrible. Called 3 times to try and fix the issue and the lady couldn’t even comprehend what I was saying. Poor excuse for a business."

"Flowers were pretty, but customer service was poor. My mom had flowers delivered to me for my birthday. The delivery guy first had problems finding my office, so I verbally helped him and confirmed the address. Delivery man eventually found the building, but delivered to the wrong floor and wrong office. The receptionist at the office where he delivered the flowers (the wrong office) explained I was not at that office and told him where my office was to complete the delivery. Despite knowing flowers were not at the right place and after being told where I was located, he left the flowers with the receptionist of the wrong office. Receptionist had to find my number and call my office. Eventually I got the message that I had flowers at another office, so I had to personally go to the office to complete the delivery and pick up the flowers. Does not make sense why delivery man would knowingly deliver the flowers to the wrong address and not bother to correct the mistake when informed by the receptionist of that office. So I called the florist shop just to let them know what happened so they could improve their customer service next time. The lady who answered the phone did not speak English very well and was struggling to understand what I was telling her. I asked to speak to a manager or someone else who could help, and I was told that no one would be around for at least a day or more. Lady on the phone did say she was sorry, so I hope she understood what I was trying to tell her. Just didn't seem like a professional business."

"This business is one of the worst. Ordered what I thought was a beautiful arrangement cost $75, had roses and carnations. As viewed on pic below, we received a bouquet of only carnations. When I called the number listed on the website after looking for a customer service section i was told by Rury very rude disrespectful lady that they just do orders thats placed by website. She than assume i didnt speak spanish and told im assuming her coworker that the order was placed on 2/14 and we are now just calling. I clearly explained now in spanish ordered was placed in 2/14 and arrangement received after 7pm 2/15. I was hung up on. I called back 5 more times and my call was ignored. After a 6th call same lady answered stating call was disconnected and that i will have to go online to cancel an ordered that was already processed and delivered, which I’ve already attempted. She got very loud and hostile and confirming they just receive orders and they make they arrangement. I asked for money back or at least to bring the right one for an exchange of what I received and she told me no. I explained she confirmed that they make the arrangement the order processed online was not wrong but who made the arrangement, she hung up and has refused to answer any more of my calls. This is the worst!!!"
