"Wrong Thomas Kinkade house. They used one from 3-4 years ago not the 2023 house as ordered. I order this every year for my mom. The delivery guy was nice, but you don’t get what you ordered. This is not the correct centerpiece."

"I just spent 150 dollars on a thing of flowers. I never buy flowers because it is pointless but my wife insisted she wanted something for Valentines day the other month. I ordered this morning and should be delivered today at her work. I figured I would go above her expectations. After reading all the reviews, I will be very upset if I just wasted 150 dollars for bad flowers to be sent to my wife in front of all her coworkers. I will update my review once she receives them. Below is what they are supposed to look like. #Edit 1# So far not going well. Said they were delivered when they were not delivered. And then had to ruin the surprise to call her work and ask if they arrived."

"I am in shock at the quality of the arrangement my mother in law received for her retirement party today. I ordered from flowersforyou.com and I upgraded to the DELUXE version of the lovely lavender bouquet (description directly form their site in photo) and paid close to $80. I added a Congratulations ballon for $5, which is ridiculous, but I wanted to be there in person and could not so wanted to send something very nice to her. What she received was a far cry from the photo. I can understand having to substitute a few flowers but this is a tiny arrangement with 6 roses and tons of greenery filler and some kind of babies breath that has not even bloomed. NOTHING like the photo and not even quality flowers. There is no way a trained florist made this arrangement. It’s looks like something a child could throw together and it came in a clear vase, not a purple one as in the description wrapped with Christmas paper?!?!?! The bright yellow smiley face ballon really put it over the edge and adds insult to injury. I was absolutely mortified that this is what she received, especially for the price. No reputable business would look at this and say yep, that’s a quality arrangement and meets the requirements of the order, send it out. I had no way of knowing which local florist would create the arrangement- had I known I would have read the reviews and listened to the taken heed of the warnings from others. I spoke to a representative at flowersforyou and they initially offered me a 30% refund and a $10 gift card....until they saw the photos and then thankfully gave me a full refund. These companies need to better vet the florists they are contracting with. Absolutely awful and an embarrassment."

"Look at the photos and don't ever use this florist. I ordered online, and I gues El Jardin is the first florist in Indianapolis that grabbed the order. The lush, full bouquet is what I ordered. The one sitting on the coffee table is what I got. In the future, I'll stick with Costco. They never mis-represent their flowers."

"Worst experience ever! Shop owner was extremely rude. The flowers my husband ordered showed up wilted. See pic. By the morning of the 3rd day, they were all dead! Shop owner kept making excuses and didn't want to make things right. Was more worried about what she'd be out by replacing flowers. Needless to say- I would NEVER order from here! My husband bought an online certificate which used this florist. After giving several attempts to make it right, they still failed to follow through. we ended up with a full refund on our order from the online store. This store refused. Horrible experience and customer service, not to mention the flowers arrived wilted and were dead by the morning of the 3rd day. Don't waste your money!"
