The initial Valentine's Day delivery (right bouquet) arrived with withered flowers, prompting my boyfriend to express our disappointment. Without hesitation, they promptly replaced the flowers with a fresh bouquet (left) and delivered them promptly. I'm truly grateful for their swift response, especially since the first two dozens weren't as fresh as expected. Special thanks to Jake for going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. "I was really excited to work with Flower Boys for my April 2023 wedding due to their reputation within the wedding industry and the process leading up to our wedding was seamless and easy -- including sharing inspiration photos back and forth so that expectations were set appropriately due to being in another state. However, come the day of the wedding, everything went downhill. In addition to the flower delivery showing up 30+ minutes late, they didn't drop off the bridal bouquet at the "getting ready" house first as set up, and once we arrived to the venue things took a turn for the worst: 1. Both flower crowns for the flower girls were crushed / dead (The Wilds venue coordinator used the term “horrific”). 2. The corsage for my grandmother was not made / delivered. 3. The groom's boutonniere was partially dead and one of the four flowers on it was a bud / not opened. 4. There were 1/2 the amount of centerpieces (4 per table, not 6-7 — for a total of around 90). When the venue asked the delivery driver about the discrepancy, he told them "it looked like too many so he consolidated". 5. The arrangement(s) for the arbor at the ceremony pavilion looked incomplete/rushed/too small. We almost had them cut it down completely -- even my now-husband had commented before I saw it that if it couldn't be fixed to remove it because it looked awful. Our venue (The Wilds) was great and reached out to other florists to bring out flowers for our wedding last minute...my bridesmaids ended up assembling the flower crowns and boutonniere's before the wedding ceremony began. We were unable to contact Flower Boys at any point during this -- calling not only the contacts I had from setting up our flowers, but also the delivery driver and the venue's own contacts. Flower Boys did offer a partial refund, which was appreciated, but it did put a damper on our day due to the unforeseen stress that wasn't expected at all due to the reputation that Flower Boys has in the wedding industry. I will say that what did arrive (and was not dead/crushed) was absolutely beautiful. My bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were exactly what we wanted."
