WM - Winslow Hauling

"WM dropped a container off on Feb 5, they have not made a trash pickup yet (2/20) despite numerous requests via website…looking for a new service provider who will pick up my trash. Unbelievable response or lack of response from a supposedly “reputable company “"

"New customers. Good service most of the time but not happy with snow day missed pick up. Need to have a revised schedule or something instead of not picking up until the next week."

"Except for that one time when everyone was overcharged the service is great. The overcharge was corrected and no problem since. They show up every week on time and do a good job."

"Their billing department is the worst company I have ever dealt with. How do you mess up autopay? I now pay annually because I know they can’t make a mistake on that. The people in our neighborhood consistently get over charged instead of giving us the correct neighborhood rate despite many phone calls, emails and complaints-it continues to happen."
