"If I could give zero, I would. I was unable to remove my things from the unit when needed because the there was an issue with the door. They could not get someone out to fix it for 2 WEEKS because they do not have anyone actually local to oversee the facility. Then when I was able to remove my items they did not credit the amount of time. I paid for a full month but did not use the full month. So they are able to keep my money plus rent the space out. Unethical and pand poor business. I hope the new storage company in town takes all of their business"
