"I would highly recommend hiring Jen and Troy for whatever cleaning service you need. I had hired them for a two bedroom move-out with added window and oven cleaning services. I’ve never had an apartment look so good upon moving out! They came all the way to Perry Township (Indianapolis) so don’t let their location fool you. They were on time (beat me there to be honest), brought all their own supplies, and were super friendly. They wasted no time getting started even though I had things I was still moving out. They worked around me and even offered to help me move things. Being able to text them late on a Saturday night (instead of playing phone tag) was super convenient. Also adding on a service when time was running out to do it myself was a breeze. No up-charging for last minute changes. It was the same price as when we originally talked about the cost of each service. They also said if I didn’t like the way something looked, they’d come back and make it right. I couldn’t find anything wrong when I looked hours later but that’s what I call customer service! They dusted EVERYTHING including the high ceiling area (go teamwork!) which in itself deserves 5 stars. The amount of dust produced by a single person and domestic medium haired cat after three years is horrendous. I didn’t know it was so bad until I moved everything out the day before. You would have swore the dust bunnies were mere moments away from taking over. Jen and Troy barely batted an eye when I mentioned how much dust there was. The windows and sliding door were crystal clear. The oven and kitchen cabinets were cleaned inside and out. They got wax off the kitchen floor and cabinets that had been there for two years. I did not take pictures of the bathroom simply because I did not want to mislead anyone about the amazing job they did. My apartment complex used clear caulk and caulked over the mold in the corners of the title. Trust me when I say it was in better condition than when I moved in. I did want to mention that they got out the blue hair dye from the tub and tiles! It’s very comparable or cheaper than other cleaning services (Becht Pride, Molly Maid, DuluxeMaid). I found them via the Indy Star A-List since I’m not from the area. The cleaning service that a local had used no longer did apartments. He was shocked at pricing and said I definitely got a great deal. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of hiring them!"
