"This was my first time using Tide Cleaners on Illinois St. Everyone was friendly and was able to answer all my questions as I dropped off my all white coat,they had my coat cleaned within 24 hrs.When I picked up my coat it was different staff and they were just as friendly as the staff before! I actually stayed and talked to the staff for 10 minutes, I give them 5 stars for Customer Service and will definitely give them my business and tell my friends as well to go to Tide Cleaners. Great Job and I don't give 5 stars unless you really impress me,So Thank You Tide Staff it's truly not easy these days to find great Customer Service!✨️✨️✨️"

"Tide cleaners does quality work and they have very quick turn around of 1 to 2 days. They are high on the cost side, but they send out coupons of 15 to 20 percent off every month."

"Never again. Wash & Fold service is way too expensive. $43 for 15 pounds! And, be careful with your dry cleaning. Regardless of what the customer asks for, they will wash your clothes if the label says so. They washed my black Levi’s when I specifically asked for them to be dry cleaned. They were faded when I got them back. I won’t use Tide Cleaners ever again."

"I have been driving across town for several years,because I liked the way they cleaned my clothes. I spend big bucks for dry cleaning. The staff has changed numerous of times. Although,usually friendly the manager becomes frustrated and flustered whenever I am unhappy and complain about the quality of the pressing or cleaning of a garment. Instead of being apologetic she becomes argumentative. Recently,I have incurred some dissatisfaction in the cleaning and the customer service."
