"In short, this company and the team who serviced my home were excellent. We decided to have our ducts clean after we started to experience mild allergy symptoms only within our home. We couldn't figure out what was causing it as we keep a clean home and vacuum daily since we have two golden retrievers. After my initial phone call with Jon, who explained some of the complications that could arise from debris in my home's ventilation, we decided to have ours cleaned and see if it helped. Mike and Dave were the techs who serviced my home. They did an excellent job and walked me through their process from beginning to end. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and respectful.
