"I’ve been calling for the last 9 days. Wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone until last Saturday and was told to call back because they didn’t have the books on them to schedule. I said okay fine it’s a holiday weekend we’re all human I get it. So I’ve been calling this week and it started out with no one answering. Then instantly going to voicemail. And now it says the number doesn’t work anymore? I needed to book 15-30 days out? What’s the problem? Turn your Groupons off this is ridiculous."

"Horrible experience, very unprofessional people. I scheduled the carpet cleaning with them. Later I recieved a call few mins before the scheduled time that they will not be able to perform the service because their guy walked off from the job. I was told they will call me by evening to reschedule. Waited till evening did not recieve any call. I called several times left various voicemails but no response. I have joint problem. I have called and pay someone to move my furniture. Now I have to call and pay them to put it back."

"I purchased a Groupon and was not disappointed, we have had our house for 2 years with 2 kids and a dog. Needless to say our carpets and stairs needed some tlc. Brian called 30 mins prior and was on time for the appointment we had a house full of furniture moved, kids being crazy and he did such an amazing job. There were a few spots that were still there thanks to our dog but the carpets look 10x better than before and our stairs look brand new again! Highly recommend!"

"Bought a Groupon for this company to come clean our hopelessly dirty low grade carpet. I was not expecting miracles but these guys did a great job and the carpets look as good as they possibly can. I was given a two hour appointment window (on a Saturday which was great!) and they arrived on time and were done within about an hour. Very happy with the service I received and will definitely use again."
