"Saw the coupon in the mail for the 69.95 deal for a vent cleaning. I have an old house with vents that haven't been cleaned since I moved in 6 years ago. Figured I would give it a shot, knowing they would find something more during the inspection. Like I said, old house. Matt was our technician and did a phenomenal job of telling us what needed to be done and what we could bypass while still getting the service we needed. He found mold, a lot of mold, in the pan of the furnace. He then went through options, from temporary fixes to more permanent solutions. We decided to go with a more permanent solution of a UV/Ozone light. He was able to get the work done that day and only was here about 3 hours total. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out. I was also really pleased with the price point. We were quoted at about half of what I was expecting to pay. Matt, you're wonderful. And Rocky, give that man a raise."

"I discovered this company through a coupon book, offering a service to clean 14 vents, 1 return, and 1 main trunk line for $89.95. I was aware there might be extra costs involved. My home has one furnace and two returns. Upon their arrival, the technicians claimed I had 4 trunk lines and quoted an additional $254.85 plus $75 for cutting holes ($50 finally). Although uncertain about the number of lines, I agreed to the extra work. Their method involved attaching a vacuum to the furnace while cleaning the vents and returns inside. They also made a small hole on the supply side and two holes (one small, one larger) on the return side of the furnace, using the vacuum to clean through the larger hole. Although the two youny man acted politely and were talktive. I still have two main concerns. First, I don't understand why they needed two hole on one return trunk. They said one for inspection and one for cleaning. But I didn't notice them do anything from the inspection hole. They made it and sealed it. I also don't understand why the hole on supply side was necessary, as I have humidifier ubove there, and it should be easy to inspection through the power fan humidifier. They said they need investigate when the fan is running. I doubted this view. Second, when I inquired about cleaning the additional trunk lines, they said it would be done through the vacuum process used on the furnace at the same time. This confused me, as it suggested that the number of trunk lines wouldn't change the cleaning method, leading me to question the need for the additional charges. If I insisted on the service listed on the coupon, they still have to clean my supply side, then why I pay $250 additionally. I was thinking that they might go to my attic to clean the trunk there. Please let me know I'm wrong."

"Similar to other reviews, I saw their advertisement in one of the value-pack coupon books. I figured the coupon rate was for the basic service, but figured that was a good deal and that it came with an inspection. Jeremy came out and did a thorough inspection and noted his findings and then recommended some additional services. What I really loved was that although there were recommended services, Jeremy absolutely did not aggressively push me in any way. In fact, I mentioned that I'd have to run the full price of the recommended services by my wife without making any decision and instead of pushing, Jeremy let me know that he'd move forward with just the services stated in the coupon rate while I speak with my wife. We ended up doing a more complete cleaning since we have a 30 year old house that recently went through a remodel - and the vents had lots of construction debris and had probably never been cleaned. Jeremy helped us figure out an excellent package of services and helped us keep it within our budget. Overall, although I don't know enough about HVAC to know if the value was better than I could have found else wear - we had a very positive experience. I thought Jeremy was excellent (punctual, professional, and was great to talk with), and I would definitely recommend. Thanks!"

We were very appreciative at how thorough, honest, and flexible Matt was before and during the inspection. He not only educated us on the process, but showed us he found mold in our furnace coil and helped us build an affordable treatment plan that we were comfortable with. "The house we moved into likely never had their vents cleaned. The previous owner smoked and had cats. Jeremy from Indoor Air Care came in the day after I called the company due to their add. Despite being significantly higher priced than the add Jeremy quoted us fairly. The add as explained when I called is priced for the most simple of air systems, I had already assumed that it was just an attention grabber. Jeremy gave us enough time to think about it after quoting and we ended up accepting the service! He showed us before and after photos as I requested and was respectful while he worked. It was loud of course, but I was able to continue working from home (with a mask) while he did the job. Now the air in the house noticeably feels/smells cleaner… and I got to see basically a barrel of cat hair they removed from our vents. I’m sure I only saw because I requested it, but literally we got our money worth for sure."
