"I've never had a negative experience here. Except by other patrons. I thought everyone knew that you don't put your laundry in the wash and leave for a couple hours. There is a sign that states that the attendant can remove your clothes if other patrons are waiting to use the washer if left unattended. After the washer is done. This just happened last weekend. A couple had taken up ALL (eight) of the largest washers, and left. When they finally returned, their response, "my bad." I wish all locations had the card readers on their machines!!"

"I went to the Parkwood Auto Spa yesterday that had a vacuum machine that took my dollar in quarters. I walked into this place and they said they don't have anything to do with it. Later, I needed more quarters and went to get some change for the dollar bill. The lady asked if I was doing laundry, I said no. I just need change. As I walked to the change machine, she chased behind me stating that I can't do that and that I was stealing money from them. I proceeded to grab my change and walk out. How on Earth is me changing a dollar bill for coins in a machine meant to do so stealing!?!??!! She chased me out of the store saying she's calling the police and that I was never welcomed back. Yeah, trust me lady I will never be back!"

"As of October 20223, $2.25 for wash and dry load, for smallest machines, for a grand sum of $4.50. Little pricey if you ask ol' Greg. That's me, ol' Greg. Things i like, its clean and there plenty of seating, and the front windows face a court parking lot as opposed to the road. Relaxing atmosphere, but the darn machines shake you down for a little more."

"Rude. No reason to treat people the way they do. If you need help be prepared to be considered a nuisance. If you hate your job that much then quit and hire someone nicer. If I'm polite I expect the same in return. I've never treated anyone here unkind. It's a shame."
