"Listennnn! When I tell you this company came through on cleaning our carpets.... we have light colored carpets, and Banes restored them back to life. Our stairs and high traffic areas were a MESS. They cleaned our Childcare centers carpet and removed playdough!! They are the truth. They use a neutral smelling cleaner that I like. If you have an issue with stains, don't try and remove them yourself, call Bane. They are reasonably priced too."

"The carpet cleaning was good. When techs arrived they asked me what areas I wanted to clean. I indicated in my bedroom hallway and family room . I also asked if they would be able to clean two recliners . Said he would need to check with his partner. Partner said no but he said they would do them. The 2 techs were very unpleasant to each other. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Have never had techs from any company in my home who were anything but pleasant. Would certainly not use this company again."
