"For several years this was a good service; however, over the last year it has not been quite as good. The lady that cleaned for me was super nice, and did a great job most of the time, but the last couple of times I was a bit disappointed in the work. * She threw away the box and containers in my wine luggage, without asking me or telling me. I had to purchase a new box and containers 2 days after I noticed for a flight. *She made a deep scratch on my new dining room table. She had a napkin holder on the table hiding it. Since I went out of town for a week I didn't notice it until I returned from the trip. *Did not finish the last job, came into a mess in the kitchen and bathrooms, two days before the first showing on my house. I did receive a discount since the job wasn't completed, was just very bad timing. I am moving away from Indy, but if I were staying, I would use another cleaning service. It's sad because I would have given the company 5 stars a year ago, but I cannot do it now."

"We were moving out of our home with 4 kids and thought it would be an awesome experience to have someone else clean the house for us. I ordered the group on for 6 hours from Sheryl at Personal Concierge. As a courtesy I paid directly through her site instead of group on, because she gets 50% taken off an already good deal. She was nothing but nice to me, however, she initially told me two people would come on the day of cleaning. One for 3 hours, and the other for 3 hours as well. On the day of cleaning her son (Rob) came to clean first. He then put us on the phone with his mother Sheryl telling us that the other person wouldn't be coming and Rob would just come the next day. The kicker is that she told my wife, "he isn't as good as cleaning as the girls, and doesn't do a good job on detail work and typically just cleans the carpets." Nice kid, however, he complained the whole time about his back and kept stating how long he's done this job and how much better he is than the other girls in the company. He also said that he can get the job done in half the time it takes them. This is probably true, because he did a terrible job. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned. The shower walls had a yellow film on them after he cleaned them. He "wiped" the shower/bath instead of scrubbing off soap scum (which doesn't do jack squat). He didn't dust the walls in the master bedroom (which was on the priority list they asked us to make). The list goes on and on. He was set to come back the next day to do another 3 hours, but told us he didn't know what he'd do since he had the majority of it done. I muttered to myself, "you'll have to redo everything you've done because it was a terrible job." We decided to clean everything ourselves out of frustration and I called Sheryl to get a refund for the unused 3 hours. I really feel I should get a refund for what the guy did/didn't do in the first 3 hours. I really wanted to have a good experience based on my conversations with Sheryl who was very nice, but I'm sorry . . . you don't have your son fill in time slots just to get business. If you're going to send someone that does that poor of a job, you need to tell people beforehand so they have a choice of going with a different company. Hopefully others' experiences are better with the girls in this company, but sadly I didn't have the opportunity."
