"The rugs I brought in were collected from my in-laws travels during the 70s-90s and had been sitting in storage for quite some time due to their pungent smells. They are knowledgeable on rug origin and helped in identifying the rugs origin and potential value. I was honestly shocked at how clean they were able to get them, and now they smell amazing and look fabulous in my home. They also straightened me out on my rug pad situation which, I had just been using what is commercially sold through places like Pottery Barn. Each pad was cut for each rug size which were all unique. That difference behind a good rug pad is no joke and I appreciated the nudge to purchase new ones. Great team to work with, doing excellent work. Would definitely recommend!"
