"AMAZING!! From the customer care to the actual results it was a great experience! I waited a few days to post my review because I’ve had carpet cleaners out before and the stains showed back up two days later. Our floor was in rough shape and these guys were up front and honest about the service I needed. I loved the honesty as the last company just did a standard cleaning and it was a waste of my money as the stains reappeared. They were so fun and are completely understanding of any situation you are in such as having a pig as a pet and being pregnant and will work with your budget! Highly recommend!!!"

"Absolutely fantastic experience and quality cleaning. I don’t typically leave reviews but really was compelled to after the great service I had. Highly recommend! Fast to schedule. Very professional and just NICE team. I had all carpets done. Two areas with pet spots. One needed extraction. Amazing. Also have a few rooms with older very light colored carpet. Felt I would need to rip it out due to staining. We had used our in home steam cleaner multiple times. Didn’t make a dent. RCE not only cleaned our carpets but they truly RESTORED our carpets. Do not hesitate to use them. Also saw a few comments about dry time. Dry time is a fact of life with carpet cleaning. Longer pile carpet took over a day to dry which is typical for commercial cleaning and totally worth it. Shorter pile was dry overnight. Also left a wonderful smell in our house. One more thing- they did a small couch of ours that had been loved by our cat. Looks great!"
