"VacMan was recommended by a neighbor and I was happy with the service. I would recommend the company. In our other homes, the dryer ducts went fairly straight out to an outside walls and were not very difficult to clean. In our current home, the duct goes up through an interior wall through the roof. I have retired from ladder work and out of caution, decided to hire someone. There were so many online that I figured a happy customer would be the best reference. One of my elderly neighbors used a different company and had a terrible experience. (ducts were left full of debris until another neighbor cleaned it for them, photos to prove that company's failure.) Ryan came promptly with a text reminder. He checked out the path of the duct through the attic and determined it could be cleaned from below. He used a large powerful vac tube up the vent. He also reconnected my dryer to the vent which had been awkward for me as it used an adapter between the 4"round dryer vent connected to the oval duct that runs up between the studs. Ryan refashioned the 4"duct to connect directly to the oval without the adapter, making less bends for dust. Thank you Ryan."
