"As an employee of INVO I’ve had a very good experience. This is my second job and I was very nervous at first, however everything about this job is smooth and laid back. The owner isn’t uptight while also being professional. He’s very flexible and considerate with schedules, breaks, and pay. I referred a friend and we both love working here. I would say this is definitely the best job both my friend and I have ever had. There was only one incident where we had troubles with men barging into bathrooms and occasionally be a bit rude while we were trying to clean them and it could heavily interfere with our work from time to time. The situation was handled wonderfully though the owner even bought pepper spray to keep on our cleaning cart to ensure we all stayed safe and felt safe. The owner has a lot on his plate so he can be a bit disorganized, but overall I’d say this is a great business to both hire and work for. :)"
