They wore booties over their shoes since we had just had the carpets cleaned. They helped keep our outside cat from coming in whenever they exited the house! They work great as a team. They are respectful of each other. All of our registers are in the ceiling so they had to do a lot of climbing up and down on their ladder."

"For the cost of the duct cleaning service, I expected better clean up and I certainly didn’t expect to have to make repairs on items that were damaged by them. They didn’t tell us they damaged our stair rail. We had to discover it after they left. Also left a trail of dirty water on the stairs. Did not clean the laundry room register cover. I had to do that myself. Left clumps of dirt on the basement floor and stuck in the grate of the main floor bathroom which I have already cleaned out. Becca and Kasey were pleasant but not cautious and thorough!"
