"I called because of a water damage emergency. The person on the phone couldn't answer one basic question about accepting insurance payment. I was told a tech would reach out and they never did. Mind you it was an EMERGENCY. I got a call back almost 24 hours later from the same person. Luckily I had already got on here and seen the awful reviews so I was able to call another company who was willing to come out within hours of the phone call. Don't waste your time."

"Called Servepro to inspect and clean up water damage. They determined that flooring was damaged and needed replaced and took samples of our floor to send to ITEL so insurance would issue a check to cover our repairs. It has been over two months and after multiple emails and phone messages, neither I, nor my insurance company, has heard anything from Servepro. We are still waiting for them to come and finish the job they started. Also, the Servepro employee who came to our home asked me how much I paid for my home how much my truck cost. If you are thinking about using this company I would recommend you go somewhere else."

"Had an appointment for 9am. They didn’t show up until mid afternoon. Finally showed up and did a bare minimum inspection of the water damage and then never heard from them again. We called several times, our insurance called several time, kept being told we’d receive a call back. Never got one. It’s been 2 weeks and our insurance company told us to call a different company."

"They were sent by our landlord to clean up water and sewage due to an ongoing plumbing issue. They left a dehumidifier and told us to leave it running over the weekend until they come back Monday and finish the job. Well, the dehumidifier leaked all night and flooded the laundry room all over again and has now likely ruined the hallway carpet. We noticed this and called them 6x over the last 12 hours and were told each time that they would call us today. We haven’t heard a word from them. Unbelievable!"
