"Terribly unprofessional. Never called to tell us when they would return the next day to complete job, then charged $356 for labor that was never done! Supposedly prevented from me waking at 8am, unexpectedly for them. (Makes a lot of sense) My fiance works a tough job on his feet all night, also a newly diagnosed diabetic, then gouged his toe and bent a nail backwards as the photo shows because they did not have their tools especially sharp ones cleaned up when the plastic was protecting an area and camouflaging danger. (Strike 1) (photo included) Best part is the woman (use the term loosely) who represents business, has the personality and smarts that somehow reminds me of a grapefruit-rudely refused to release a second copy of bill to me, or photographs of the reasons they came to do work. Strange and secretive. Had to call 4 separate occasions to speak with actual owner. The mold was never tested for toxicity. Best part about this wonderful team? My fiance deliberately told them not to move anything back and of course some young guy went ahead and moved shelving back and busted a stereo system and then I found out broke my mother's urn which the gentleman admitted yet we didn't know after they left about the urn and when I saw someone vacuumed up all of the sand and ashes I was astonished and horrified. Leaving us to file a claim with renters insurance, and other agencies. It's been quite an unpleasant experience. I don't feel there is an ounce of professionalism or consideration displayed from anyone who is a part of this business."

"From start to finish, A-Team was professional, provided insight, and brought our floors and crawl space back to life. They helped us with our first homeowner insurance claim and I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be using them again if I have any other problems! 10/10"

"First, I would like to say that they were responsive to my emergency and scheduled me in a timely manner, however, I had an issue with the bill. They sent me an estimate, which is the amount that I expected. I put half down that day. The estimate called for 10 hours of labor (2 guys x 5 hours = 10 hours of labor). The day of service, my mother was at my house the whole time the 2 workmen were here. They arrived after 9 am and left before 11 am. So, 2 guys x 2 hours = 4 hours of labor. When I received the bill for the reminder of the invoice, I expected a decrease in the overall invoice by at least $120 ($20 per labor hour x 6 = $120). I emailed them to ask for an adjustment, then they called me asking when they will receive payment. I talked to Kevin regarding the MAJOR difference in labor and he basically told me too bad. So, that tells me one of two things: One - his estimate is WAY off. They are over estimating their services resulting in over charging their customers. OR two - their crew did not do what they were supposed to do when they were here. I just asked for the labor to be reduced not the material. If they are overestimating, then that means the material was also overestimated. When there is such a huge gap like this, then the concept of trust is gone, and that is what small business basically operate on, trust. I will NOT be recommending this business to anyone due to the trust factor. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because, as I started at the beginning, they were very responsive to the situation and scheduled me in a timely manner."

"I called A-Team restoration after my radiator blew up in my 2nd floor living room. I had water EVERYWHERE, even leaking through my ceiling into my 1st floor living room. Kevin showed up within the hour and an entire team shortly after. Everyone was extremely polite and professional and they did an EXCELLENT job cleaning the awful mess. Go A-Team!"
