"As soon as you walk through the door, it’s “Hi!” I love this place. All the small businesses are dwindling. Schultz’s has been in Valparaiso as long as I have. Prices and selection are fantastic. Forget the 1-800 blah blah blah flower joints. Been there and flowers were scrumptious and died within a week. Support your small businesses and keep places like Schultz’s open in the future for us to all enjoy."

"Schultz floral did the florals for our wedding and exceeded my expectations! I was very specific with my photos and vision and the arrangements that got delivered were better than I was envisioning. They are so communicative - I emailed them so many times with little tweaks and they always responded right away and with such a kind and helpful tone. The photos speak for themselves. They are so good at what they do! Book them!"

"Very disappointing. Misleading and dishonest. I was told and paid for standard long stem roses. I received a vase with rose that were so short they didn’t touch the bottom of the vase. I called and was told that they aren’t 24 inches anymore. They are shorter now. 12-18 inches. (Ok 12 inches roses can easily be purchased at the grocery store.) So did they cut 8-10 inches off these flowers? No they said they cut 1-2 inches. So here’s what I assumed happened they ran short on the long roses and gave me the short and charged me full price. The right thing to do in this case is to let me know they are all out of what I wanted and advice me of the situation and charge accordingly for the product they are selling which is NOT long stem roses. Oh I was offered to bring it back for a full refund the day I picked them up or the following day. However I work for a living. And I’ve been working nights. Therefore this was not an option for me I could have brought them back Monday their next open business day when I was off to do so. No that was not an option for them. Soooooooo. I will write as many bad reviews as possible and report the issues to my credit card. I did call another local flower shop. Ivy Dreams and asked about a flower arrangement for my wife. Right away I was told they were very low on their inventory and they can try to accommodate me with some shorter roses for the arrangement. They just earned my business for life! They were open and honest. And that’s all Schultz had to do, take care of a paying customer. I work to hard for my money to be taken advantage of like this it’s completely unacceptable. Lastly I paced an order for 6 red and 6 pink. The pink that pops and stands out like a hot pink. I was told oh yes we have those. No problem. Look at the picture. It’s a shad of pink or peach? You tell me."

"I've been swamped with ER shifts... late review but I still had to make one. My florist was McKenzie and she delivered above and beyond my expectations. She already had a wedding booked for my day. However, she gave me everything I wanted and helped set up! The arrangements were so beautiful. How gorgeous my wedding was is still talked about by family and friends till this day.
