"I've been going here for 30+ years for my floral needs, it's in the neighborhood so I always go in to place my orders. Five years ago I ordered flowers for my mother's wake and the arrangement was LESS than what I expected and there was no ribbon when it arrived. I just ordered an arrangement for my aunts wake and stressed not to forget the ribbon. I asked for roses and carnations to be part of the arrangement and when it arrived there was ZERO roses and only carnations and daisies. I paid BIG BUCKS for roses and NOTHING! And guess what, NO RIBBON! They delivered the ribbon at 7pm, the wake ended at 8pm :( I'll be using a new florist from here on out."

"Owner very personable and a great Floral Artist! He is also a very intelligent businessman. For a small square footage shop, he has a lot in there arranged very nicely. Just as much variety as those newer bigger usually suburban Florist Stores. They have nothing on this shop. Maybe except the parking lot. However, if you were born and raised in the City of Chicago (like I was) one knows how to park on Archer Ave. ( and other major bus route streets) so deal with it. Support our local & Ma & Pa businesses. They are much better than Chain Stores. And the life and quality of local flower shop flowers, plants, and artistry is superior to the less expensive (but cheaper) Grocery Stores & big Box Hardware Stores flowers quality, etc. Get your flowers there for all occasions ! Thank you."

"Was given Al's information by a trusted florist who was unable to assist with our needs due to multiple bookings. He was/is WONDERFUL! I was distraught due to the loss of our family member but Al was incredible- he listened to our needs, made stunning arrangements for the funeral and captured the perfect essence of the memory we wanted to present for our family member. He was so great, we've gone back for more arrangements for the memorial dinner. Many thanks to him for his help and flexibility- not to mention his kindness, warmth and willingness to work with our needs. Many many thanks! Highly recommend!"

"I wish I could give zero stars. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day, early 8am in the morning, they told me yes we can deliver them before 2pm. They never delivered them. I get home empty handed thinking she was gonna be Happy to find out she never got her flowers. I call them to let them know and all they say is, "I'll just cancel the order" really? not even an apology I received! They could have called at least to find something else. Worst customer service, never again!!!!"

"I live a 1000 miles away from this location and i was able to send flowers to a dear friend of mine through their website. Let me just say that your flowers put the most amazing smile on the recepiants face. Awesome company and trust me they are a million times better than any of famous sites like 800 flowers. If you really want to impress someone use a Local florist. Thank you again you made my day."
