"We were happy with how my cousin 15 bouquet turned out for her photo shoot so we placed an order for the day of her party. Turns out we got a bouquet with old flowers and leafs. Also the bouquet was not rounded, it was done sloppy. My mom called to talk to someone and see if someone can fix it but whoever talked to her was rude and called her “picky” and “delicate.” My mom was not rude to her, she continue to say they are very busy. Don’t accept orders if you can’t handle them all. Also, she offered us a refund if we took the flowers back, but we kept them because her party is the next day and couldn’t find another shop to do her a bouquet. Horrible service."

"I’ve been buying flowers from Lupitas for the last 5 years. Never worried about the price when it came to Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day. It’s about supporting small and local businesses. But when you’re paying almost 40 dollars for a dozen roses and the petals are ripped off and ripped it’s just no for me. Offering to switch them out was an option but the point is what if I didn’t speak up and not everyone does."
